Refund Policy

Project Deposits

All project deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your place in our schedule and cover initial planning, research, and design work.

Services Rendered

Due to the custom nature of web design services, completed work, time spent, and delivered services are non-refundable.

Project Cancellation

If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, any payments made are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs before work has started, refunds may be considered at our discretion, excluding the deposit.

Revisions & Satisfaction

We work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction and include revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Refunds will not be issued in place of revisions or additional changes.

Third-Party Costs

Any third-party expenses (such as hosting, domains, plugins, or platform fees) are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the client.

Delays & Communication

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by lack of communication, missing content, or approvals from the client.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests outside of this policy may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
